  • 1.  Allow IP Whitelisting for Azure / AWS ranges

    Posted 8 days ago

We have a 3rd party monitoring app hosted in Azure cloud but recently broken as customer submitting entries into the Allow IP whitelisting  (ORG settings > Allowed IP Addresses) to lock down for security reasons.

I pulled the Azure IP range list and seems to be using AzureCloud.westeurope region.  This has 450 IPV4 range listings, but the IP Allow Whitelist only allows 150 entries.

Is there any way around this or get Genesys to allow AWS / Azure region IP's?

    Hi Glyn,

Hopefully someone in the community has come up against this before and can help with a workaround, but it sounds like it would be a good idea to add to the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab for furture consideration

I agree with Samuel, it's a good idea to add it to the ideas portal.

Unfortunately, using the "Allowed IP Addresses" option only allows adding the IP address there.

What can be done is to add the IP address block, for example xx.xxx.xx/20 ---- or /18...etc.
