I have successfully implemented a Set Post Flow block in the inbound call flow, where, if a call is transferred to an agent and the agent disconnects the call, the post flow triggers another inbound call flow.
However, I need to achieve the same behavior in the inbound message flow. Since the Set Post Flow block is not supported in the inbound message flow, I am wondering if there is an alternative method to trigger another inbound call flow or an in-queue flow. My requirement is to call a bot and display a response in the chat window if the agent disconnects the call.
Is there any way to accomplish this in the inbound message flow?
