Great question! If you had a chance to watch the "What's New" video -- you'd see a demo of the new Digital Bot Flows (due to be released this week). The new builder has more features for a digital experience. For example, you can use images, rich text, digital menus and quick replies. It's build on the Bot Flows foundation already in architect so it benefit from features such as Intent Miner and the analytics that are already built in. But, it will allow users to have access to features that will enable you to create create a richer more interactive digital experience.
