Managing rollout: As this change is currently associated with moving the existing Agent/Supervisor Activity Overview sections under the new User Home, the change is designed to be as seamless as possible.  Specifically, all the existing permissions that are required for a user to have the existing Agent/Supervisor Activity Overview experiences will carry over as the conditions necessary to see the new User Home experience.

At this time, this change will not be available pre-release via a Beta or Limited Availability - as such, we plan to be rolling this out to all regions/customers.

Hopefully, the change will appear as quite seamless.  Specifically, on your question:

If you have users today that has access to the Agent/Supervisor Activity Overview widgets/pages (currently, this is found under "Activity" on the main navigation menu), these users will now see the equivalent Agent/Supervisor Activity Overviews via the "Home" link. 

It is important to note:

• The "Home" link will only appear for users that currently have the permissions required that allows them to see the Agent/Supervisor Activity Overview widgets; otherwise, the "Activity" link remains and they will see the Activity Stream

The following before/after should hopefully articulate this a bit better, but if not, please let me know.

Thanks for the clarification.  I'm actually referring to the icon in the upper-left corner (shown below)  When clicking that icon, which page will  it navigate to in the new UI?  It navigates to My Activity currently.

Hopefully the below diagram will help illustrate.  Clicking on the Genesys icon will navigate to "Home" (note that "Home" will only show up on the main nav if the user has the proper permissions, these are the same permissions that allow the user to see the Agent/Supervisor Activity widgets today).  Otherwise, if the user does not have the permission, clicking on the Genesys icon will navigate them to "Activity" (with the Activity Stream as the content).

Hopefully the below diagram will help illustrate.  Clicking on the Genesys icon will navigate to "Home" (note that "Home" will only show up on the main nav if the user has the proper permissions, these are the same permissions that allow the user to see the Agent/Supervisor Activity widgets today).  Otherwise, if the user does not have the permission, clicking on the Genesys icon will navigate them to "Activity" (with the Activity Stream as the content).
