We have been using PureCloud for more than a year, and this entire time the Directory has been sorted alphabetically by first name. Now all of a sudden the Directory is now sorted in what appears to be just a random order. I opened a support ticket and was informed that this was because they changed this to sort by score now, and alphabetical is not an option.
This seems like a bug, but the only choice I have is to submit the request as a feature enhancement.
I do not recall this change being in any of the release notes recently. This seems rather odd that a key feature of the software would just change without any notice and force us to submit a feature request to go back the way it was., or provide a better way to sort this Directory. Our users use the Directory a lot, and to have it all of sudden change is not a good look company wide for us.
