  • 1.  API Call Question

    Hello-

    This may seem kind of basic, but attempting to get an answer for our analytics mgr.  We are looking for an API call that will pull the info below.

    1. Agent name

    2. Skills assigned to each agent

    3. Queues assigned to each agent.

    Hello Mike, 

    You're going to have to use a couple API calls. But you can use this straight from our dev center API explorer. 

    For 1 and 2 you can use the /api/v2/users/{userId}

    For 3 you can use the /api/v2/users/{userId}/queues
