Our organisation has a payroll integration that requests agent schedules from Genesys.
The results are usually stored in https://prod-apse2-wfm.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/userDownloads/wfm-service/agentSchedules/. The schedules are download, processed and sent to the payroll software.
On Tue 12/11/24, the integration failed due to an authentication issue.
It was discovered that the Endpoint was changed to https://api-downloads.mypurecloud.com.au/userDownloads/wfm-service/agentSchedules........&Key-Pair-Id=.......
Our organisation didn't receive any notification about the proposed change in the endpoint. Has anyone else experienced this in the APSE2 region?
I am not a technical expert. How can our integration team be notified if something of this nature were to occur again. Is there a notification service we need to be subscribed to?

Hi Augustin, I'd recommend subscribing to release notes and check them weekly as well. The advisory around the move of some content from S3 was first posted earlier in the year I believe and started being actioned end of October.
