  • 1.  API for disabling Genesys Cloud Login

    Hello

    The customer setup integration with EntraID and would like to turn on the option "Disable Genesys Cloud Login" under Admin->Account Settings->Organization Settings->Authentication.

    However, if anything wrong happens with the integration or EntraID stop works properly for some reason, login into Genesys Cloud would be impossible. So, the customer would like to has possibility to turn off "Disable Genesys Cloud Login" option. The problem is how to turn off the option if login will be impossible? I thought to use API, however I cannot find API to switch the option "Disable Genesys Cloud Login".

    Any ideas appreciated.

    Unfortunately I received only info from Samuel the question will be removed to Developer Community. So far no constructive response.
