Hello
The Resource Center says this about the API On-demand Fair Usage limit:
Note : API requests generated by Genesys Cloud for internal authentication or as part of the basic operation of the software are not considered billable nor are included in the calculation.
Does it mean that all the API calls that the browser does while the users interact with Genesys Cloud using the UI do not count towards this limit? Or do some of them count and others don't?

Right. Our apps don't count against your fair use allowance; only 3rd party apps do.
