    Hello All,

    I am looking for an API or any recommended solution that could help me create a visual representation of the Billing Usage data within the Genesys platform.

    Specifically, I would like to:

    • Pull data related to billing usage.

    • Generate graphical representations (charts/graphs) that would help in better understanding and analyzing this data.

    I have already checked the available billing APIs, but they don't meet the specific requirements I need for visualizing the data.


    Does Genesys provide any solutions for this purpose, or are there other ways to visualize this type of data? Any suggestions or advice would be incredibly helpful!

    If there are any workarounds or alternative methods (besides using an API) that can help achieve this, I would greatly appreciate your insights on those as well.

    Hello Ramsha, 

    While we don't have anything like this yet, this idea is modernizing our Billing APIs and might have what you are looking for. Its currently in development no schedule on when it will be released.
