    Good day all , I would like to use API to make changes in a Decision Block ( Change From True to False ) , what's the best way to go about it without changing / Updating the whole Flow ? ,  I have failed to find an API that can help with that…

    Not an API.  You would have to export to YAML, edit, then import back in.  You might be able to do this programmatically, but better to just go through the flows by hand.

    One simple option, maybe... You can use a data table for assigning variables and through API update data  (true or false) when you need.
