Currently waiting for feedback from Genesys on a case raised below.
We have created a bot flow to capture different pieces of information from the caller (Eg, Surname, First Line of Address etc).
Bot flow is assigned to a DDI, which allows the caller to give their response through Voice.
"Ask for Slot" action is used and "Text" is used to ask the different questions by the Bot so uses TTS.
Flow will then Ask for yes / no once it receives a response.
If speech is incorrectly captured, flow loops 2 times before moving to the next question.
12 questions in total on the flow split by "Reusable tasks".
We're getting a high number of "System Error Exit: Error.TTS" when testing the flow (see screen shot).
This can occur at any point of the flow.
Cant see anywhere in Architect where to configure any System Errors on Bots.
Maybe a coincidence, however seems to occur when multiple users are using the flow.
Anyone else seen this error message when using Bots?
