    Just added an position in queue announcement to an existing in queue call flow.

    • How can we change language from English to German for this announcement?
    • Is it possible to change the "inter announcement timer"?

    Hi Thomas,

    You would use the "Set Language" tool under the flow section.

    What do you mean about the "inter announcement timer"?  If you mean the time after which the position in queue is played, you can add in a hold prompt and set for whatever time you choose.

    Hi Penny,
    we needed to add German to default language settings in this flow. After doing this we were able to make use of "set language" node in architect. Works like a charm now. Thanks for your help.
