Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi all,
we're trying to implement on Architect flow a direct routing to a set of Softphone registered (so, in that case, not to a group of agent).
There is a way to do that?

Genesys Cloud does not have the concept of "Station Groups", and I don't know of a good way to do what you want (essentially a hunt group for phones).

Wouldn't you be able to setup a Group ring (with a phone number) and then Transfer to Number in Architect? The Group ring can be setup to hunt sequentially, ring all phones, etc.

I don't know of a way to add just phones to a Group. As far as I know, you can only add Users to a group, and this ask was for calling a group of softphones.
