I don't know of a way to add just phones to a Group. As far as I know, you can only add Users to a group, and this ask was for calling a group of softphones.

Wouldn't you be able to setup a Group ring (with a phone number) and then Transfer to Number in Architect? The Group ring can be setup to hunt sequentially, ring all phones, etc.

Genesys Cloud does not have the concept of "Station Groups", and I don't know of a good way to do what you want (essentially a hunt group for phones).
