    One of our digital backbone are  the systems AS400 & G400 . it is possible to dip  data  and playing the return information back via TTS or similar in Genesys ?

    Hey Raymond,

    Genesys Cloud can connect to more or less any back end as long as it exposes an internet-facing REST API. If your system does not have one, then you will need to write / buy some middleware to do it.
