Thanks Cam! That worked a treat. The video indicated to just double click the word but the double clicking method must have been picking up a blank space because when I carefully highlight the word as you mentioned, the slots suddenly became available.

Hi Julia,
I can't see what you have/haven't selected in your screenshot but the system can be really picky if you have selected a space on the beginning or end of the word, if you have selected a space it won't let you assign a slot to that word.

Hi Community, I've followed this dev drop step by step: DevDrop 17: Going the next step with bots but when I try to double click on the word "Large" in one of my intents, the "Select Slot" drop down list is greyed out. Anyone know what might cause this? I've got all permissions in achitect available and the slot types are just a plain list - not a dynamic list. I'm trying to build a conversation bot with slots and intents but stuck on this one feature (hence why I'm going back to basics and following these instructions to see if it was something that I may have been doing)
