    we are looking to get participant data based on attributekey and attributevalues which are set in the IVR flow in the Set Participant Data, we would like to review the attribute log data based on conversationid's

    For a single interaction, if you open it up in the Interactions view, you can see the participant data at the bottom of the first tab.

    If you are looking to perform analysis, you are probably going to need to write your own interface and use the API to retrieve the data.

    If you tick the 'Include Custom Attributes' value when exporting from the Interactions view, it will include the Attribute data (Participant Data). You can then query this using Excel formulas.

    If it's automation etc you need then yes, the API is probably best.
