    Hello all - 

    Can a WebRTC phone sound settings be configured to have the initial phone call alerting ring audibly through computer speakers, but the conversation still take place through an attached headset? This will allow me to not have to wear my headset the entire time I am working.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    According to this Genesys Resource Center article, yes - it is possible:

    Can the Genesys Cloud WebRTC phone alert use my computer speakers but the call conversation use my headset?
