  • 1.  Audit viewer - add/remove skill/language skill

    Hi,

    Maybe someone knows if it's possible to see in the"Audit Viewer" when a new skill/language skill was created/removed. 

    According to the AI from the "Genesys Orchestrators portal", it must be under "Service Name":  "Routing " and "Entity Type": "User Skill",  but I have no such "Entity Type".

    Hello Yvgeni,

    I don't think that is something that is available yet for all users in the Audit Log currently so you may need to reach out to Product Support to check the logs for any changes like that. 

    I did see that there is this Idea marked as Future Consideration in the Product Ideas Lab. I would recommend voting and commenting on the Idea.

    De fato, no Genesys Cloud, skills não são tratadas como entidades auditáveis independentes. Elas fazem parte da configuração de roteamento, e não de objetos de usuário propriamente ditos. O Audit Viewer registra associação de skills a usuários. O que você deverá acompanhar será:

    • Alterações em usuários quando uma skill é adicionada ou removida

    • Mudanças em queues quando habilidades são associadas ou desassociadas
