  • 1.  Authenticated Messenger with AWS cognito

    Hi, We are trying to implement authenticated messenger with AWS cognito. We got the snippet in a web page and it works fine until we turn on authentication. When we turn on authentication the icon disappears. In browser developer tools I can see I am receiving authorization code from cognito and it stops there. Need help to get it working.

    Don't know anything about AWS Cognito but can it act as an OIDC provider itself or does it only use other providers?

    Yes Cognito can act as an OIDC provider. I have confirmed the AWS config by testing in openidconnect.net.
