To follow up with what Wendy mentioned above, I would recommend checking if agents are experiencing the same issues when using Genesys Cloud in the browser. That can help isolate if there is an issue with their account.
If you do open a case with Product Support, please be sure to include console and network logs on the case, and share the case number so that I can help monitor the issue internally as well.
