    Hello,

    I developed an AWS Lambda function that requires an API Gateway to function. Tests conducted on AWS and via Postman yielded successful results, indicating that the API responds correctly to calls.

    However, when using a data action in Genesys Cloud, I consistently receive a 403 error. This seems to be related to authentication or permission issues, preventing access to the API from Genesys Cloud.

    Have you any idea to correct this ???? thanks

    Hello Francois-régis, 

    Have you reviewed this document for invoking Lambda data actions? I know specifically this is required to successfully run aws lambda data actions from genesys cloud.

    Hi,

    From the error message it looks like it expects x-api-key in headers.

    Did you add it to headers or body?
