    Hello Team , 

    We had a new feature release last week 31/08 , AWS S3 Bucket Cross Region Transfers of Recordings - have few questions on this. 
    The requirement it to move the call recordings from Genesys Cloud hosted in AWS Frankfurt region to AWS Beijing or Ningxia. Is it possible to do this with the new feature ?
    Have this doubt because as per AWS support , China region cannot be accessed from other AWS regions.

    We would like to do a POC with this feature but want to check here before starting that.

    Let us know if you are able to test.  I see the Integration is really region agnostic, but as you said, this is China and they don't like to play with others.  Also, get with the Security team to see if they have any concerns with this.

    Hi Rob , 

    The integration did not work as expected. We are now moving call recordings to S3 bucket in Frankfurt and using AWS Data Transfer Hub to move the files from Frankfurt to China region S3 buckets.
