Block caller ID on outbound calls

    Hi!

    In Purecloud, is it possible to block caller ID on outbound calls when calling from specific queues? Or if it's not possible to set block for queue, is it possible to block caller ID from specific users in outbound calls? With blocking I mean that called person would see unknown as caller.
