In my contact list I have a number that the customer says that number is not dial. Then and I want to add another number. I can create a field in the script called "is to call" ?

By default, any numbers added to a contact list can be dialed. If there's a number in your contact list that is should be able to be dialed and it is not being called, please open a case with PureCloud Care.
