    Hello Everyone,

    Is there a way to block customers from sending MMS during an SMS conversation? Is there a way to achieve this on a flow in Architect?

    Hello Morris, 

    I dont know of a way to do this within the architect flow, but you can use a supported content profile to block this.

    If I use content profiles,  will it not block image types for other channels e.g. web messaging?

    Hello Morris, 

    You can set a different content profiles for different integrations, then when configuring/deploying the messaging integration choose which content profile you would like to use.
