Confirmed, this permission is not available in our org at present.

Hey Vikki, sorry to hear you are running into this.
My first recommendation is to verify your admin user has the permission Uploads > Public Asset > Upload.
While doing this, you may find that this permission doesn't appear to be available. If that's the case, it's because Predictive Engagement is not enabled in your org. This can be done at no-cost if needed, @Robert Wakefield-Carl are you and your team familiar with this process?
Please feel free to reach out to me directly if needed: Chad.Hansen@genesys.com

I opened the Messenger Configuration in Edge rather than Chrome, and the field was not present there either.

Vikki,
That should definitely be there. @Chad Hansen, I see no permission to disallow this from showing. Any clue? Vikki, try using a different browser to see if it appears.

Greetings. I note a discrepancy between the Resource Center content and what I see on screen.
"Any message that an automated reply or bot flow sends on behalf of your brand appears with the bot name and bot avatar that you specified in your Messenger configuration. If you do not define a bot name, no bot name appears. If you do not define a custom bot avatar, Messenger uses the default bot avatar."
Under "Humanize my conversation" in Messenger Configuration, I can select a name for the bot, but not an avatar.
Any suggestions on where to look for the missing field?
