I am trying to build a Voice BOT flow in genesys pure cloud and I am stuck here.
Below is the scenario for which I am building the BOT flow and I am unable to understand how achieve the two minutes hold time
Scenario :
Customer requests for an SMS
BOT - Ok, I have sent you a text with a link to review and compare available plans. Would you like me to hold while you review?
"Yes hold on while I review."
Ok please review and when you are ready, begin speaking.
Two minutes passes and then-(Stuck here, please guide how to achieve this 2 minutes)
After 2 minutes
BOT - Do you need more time to review or would you like to call back?
"No I think I am ready."
