    Hi,

    I am trying to build a Voice BOT flow in genesys pure cloud and I am stuck here.

    Below is the scenario for which I am building the BOT flow and I am unable to understand how achieve the two minutes hold time

    Scenario :

    Customer requests for an SMS

    BOT - Ok, I have sent you a text with a link to review and compare available plans.  Would you like me to hold while you review?

    "Yes hold on while I review."

    Ok please review and when you are ready, begin speaking.

    Two minutes passes and then-(Stuck here, please guide how to achieve this 2 minutes)

    After 2 minutes

    BOT - Do you need more time to review or would you like to call back?

    "No I think I am ready."

    We don't really have a timer in bots.  What I would do is have a wavefile that is 2 minutes long with or without music et al and place this in a Ask for Yes/No or Ask for Slot.  It will be listening to user as that long prompt is playing and if it times out, you can ask your question and loop back through or exit.
