Genesys Cloud - Main

Genesys Cloud is an extensible customer experience platform, offering an array of third-party applications to expand capabilities through a Bring Your Own Technology services model. Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) If you are a customer that is taking advantage of this BYOT services model, you need to know Genesys is making some changes. 

In 2021 we introduced new products and pricing for BYOT rates B and C. Customers with Annual subscriptions automatically move to the new products on renewal. If you are on an annual subscription, you should have already seen the changes on your invoice. 

Month-to-Month subscriptions require Genesys to manually update accounts. If your Genesys Cloud Org is currently subscribed on a Month-To-Month basis to the legacy BYOT rates B and C products and pricing, within 60 days the latest products and pricing will apply for rates B and C (Strategic Partner Voice & Digital Bot integrations) and will show up on your invoice.
