    Is it possible to send the Voicemail messages to a specific group email address instead of delivering if to every users email account in the group ?.

    For me, I just avoid all the DID/Extension and overflow nonsense in the Group setup.  I just ring the DID to a Flow and use the Transfers to Group tool.  Then I use the timeout there to do what I want with the call - be it an overflow to another group or queue or to send the call to a User's voicemail that then sends to a distro group.  I personally feel they should just do away with the group dialing altogether and allow us to directly transfer to groups by name.

    so if they were wanting it to go to a ServiceNow email address how would I configure that ?.  Is it even possible to do ?.

    Users can have any Email you want.  Have the email set to the SNOW email.  When you send voicemail to that user, it will be sent along to SNOW.

    Is that configured in Architect ?. I cannot see anything in the Broadcast Ring group to enable you to enter an email address.

    Robert - where is the email address configured ? Is it in the Architect flow as an action ?. I cannot see anywhere to configure the email address in the Broadcast ring group. Many thanks in advance.

    That would be configured in the user that is used for overflow.  Essentially:

    DID->Architect Flow->Transfer to Group->Failure on timeout->Transfer to User Voicemail->Voicemail sent to Distro

    Robert still having issues configuring this. Been advised by someone who has looked at it that 

    You can't point voicemail notifications to an email via Architect.

    The VM emails are sent to the email addresses of the members in the DID group

    Also, the option would be to add a "dummy" person to the DID group and assign the email address as their e-mail. that may work.

    Also regarding the ringing it appears to be ringing the customers managed devices for only a couple of seconds and then disconnecting. Would there be any issues with managed devices and whitelisting them ?.

    Back up a bit with this flow:

    • DID rings Flow
    • Flow rings group with Transfer To Group
    • Timeout (failure route) does Voicemail Transfer to User
    • Dummy User has Distribution Box Email
    • Distribution box receives voicemail and transcription and sends to members.

    You are not using the DID or the voicemail for the group.
