Hello, we built a solution using Genesys Audio Connector and noticed the Audio Connector pricing has recently changed from 1 penny a minute to 10 cents a minute.

Is this correct and there any explanation for the dramatic price increase?

I think I found the answer and it seems to be an intentional decision?
