  • 1.  Bulk Assign an Activity

    We have a large number of staff (1400ish) that perform dual duties between phones and processing work.  There are times the wait times for phones gets to the point that we need all staff or some groups of staff to get on the phones.  Rather than send an email, we want to be able to adjust their schedule so Genesys sends them a pop-up to get on the phones; similar to what happens when they are on-queue and it's time to go to break or vice versa.   Is there a way to assign an activity to a work team in workforce management?  I found where I could copy an activity to an agent but I have to select each individual one at a time and am wanting to do this by a group or work team or some other bulk way instead.

    There is a bulk add button circled here:

    That will allow you to add an activity to a bulk of agents. If you filter the schedule by work team and only have the teams you want showing, you can open that menu and click add all. It will only show the agents visible on the schedule, so if you only have one work team selected you can only bulk add to that work team via that menu.
