    Hi,

    We need to delete/close bulk interaction e.g. old email in queue. How to do it if there are 1000s of email in queue and we want to delete them or closure from queue many of them. Can we apply condition to delete/close some emails, not all in queue? If yes, how to do it?

    I had the same from a loop a few weeks ago and ended up manually assigning myself to the skill and just blasting through them 900 emails as the quickest way, I did introduce an in queue email flow and set to disconnect after a period of time, but as they were already in the queue it didn't pick up, I haven't found a bulk way to do it either.

    There is an API endpoint to close an interaction. If you're comfortable using the API the easiest thing would be to probably generate a list of IDs and loop through them.

    But you have to get the conversation ID to start with, that was my initial approach, but the time it took, it was quicker to just answer and disconnect
