Hi All

I understand that it is on the roadmap to be able to send bulk messages through WhatsApp, do we have a rough timescale on when this is likely to be available?

I believe this is the idea. It looks like, as of now, expected delivery of this feature is Q1 2025.

If you can't wait until Q2 2025, I could suggest you use an SMS campaign and a data action on the pre-call rule to send the messaging through the API and then set the contact to Do not contact.  That would get you by for the next 4 months of so.
