  • 1.  Bulk User Import with Communicate License as default

    Is there a way to bulk import users with the Communicate - User license as their default ? I have attempted a test import but the license defaults to Cloud CX3 . Attached is a sample of my import file .. I'm assuming that I'm not populating the correct field in the cvs file ?
    This site is a mix of PC3 agents and standard Communicate Users with the majority of the users to be added with Communicate licenses .

    You can add the role or multiple roles to the CSV using the Roles column and you can use a PIPE between them.  Just assign Communicate User to the business users and add on the Agent or other role for the agents.
