    Hello Everyone.

    Have someone ever seen this error ?

    When the agent was going to answer this error message came up.

    Hello Gabriel, 

    This kind of error will need to be investigated by the Genesys Customer Care team. As they would need to see whats going on under the hood with this error. Please provide them with the affected interaction id and if reproducible console and network logs.

    Hey Cameron, thanks mate. I sent an ticket to the support, but I dont have the network logs or console... so just waiting to happens again.

    Hi Gabirel,

    Any chance this was around 3:50-4:00pm Australia Eastern Standard Time yesterday (so 0550-0600 UTC 26/08/2024)?

    We had a small blip of queue interaction routing issues at this time where:
    - some agents in queue weren't getting queue calls routed to them
    - some agents where getting presented a queue call for around 0.5-1 seconds before the call would disappear and start ringing the next queue call

    By the time we were alerted and started investigating, it had self-resolved and couldn't capture logs. (If only Genesys Cloud automatically captured and saved logs so you could go back in time!)

    I wish that had happened at that time. I think this was end of last week.
    But I really appreciated it,
