    Hi there!

    Is there a way to change the time remaining for an evaluation to be complete from the set 90 days to another time frame?

    Not quite following you.  A QM person would start the evaluation and can set the date for submission in the future.  There is no way to specify how long they have to complete the evaluation once they start.  Are you talking about submission of the evaluation or maybe training/coaching requests?

    Hey Robert! Once we submit the evaluation it says the evaluator has 90 days to complete, review or delete the form. I was hoping there was a way to put a deadline on it, maybe one or two weeks rather than 90 days, but I believe you answered my question since there is no way to specify how long they have to complete the evaluation once they start. I've attached a photo for reference.

    Interesting.  I was told that was 45 days and I never saw that "feature" before.  Let me check with the PM.  I don't recall seeing an idea for this.

    This is an idea I found for this: DueDate for Delete/Review evaluations | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    Seems idea was initially postponed for next year roadmap review.

    Feel free to vote to increase chances we´ll have it on the roadmap for 2025. Until then, you´ll need to make sure the evaluator is aware of your internal deadlines.
