    Hello,
    Evaluations that I have deleted out of Genesys are appearing on my Agent Quality Details Report. This is data that I don't want to report out and used for feedback only (not to be included in monthly metrics). When checking under Completed Interactions or Agent Activity the deleted evaluation are not appearing which is logical since I deleted those evals out however, from a reporting stance, the deleted evals are appearing. My question...how to remove the deleted evals from the Agent Quality Details Report.

    Hello Abbey,

    Please note there is no Customization in <g class="gr_ gr_59 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="59" data-gr-id="59">Purecloud</g> Reports until now.
