    We have several ques that are used to dial out. Some recorded and. some not I have not been able to find this function to select the outbound calling cue.

    In the Blue Menu bar select Workspace, then Agent Workspace. 

    You will see Conversations window. To make call on behalf of queue select the Start a conversation Icon
