We have a site that is looking for a Genesys Cloud solution to replace the Call Parking feature on Cisco CUCM. Call Parking doesn't seem to be an option on Genesys Cloud (unless this has recently been added) so has anyone found a workaround for this kind of feature? The users only want to use the Polycom VVX310 to either call park on a line or transfer to another user. Is the only option using the transfer button on the phone and keying in the extension?
