I don't think there is a specific blueprint for that specific use case, and I certainly haven't gone down that full path myself.
To extend on Jim's comment, check out the developer tools, there is a lot of videos, and documentation there, and check out the developer forum which will be really helpful for this sort of work.

You want this to work like a Teams Bot?
Good luck, not sure 100% how to do this, and you may have better luck in the developer forum. Maybe using something Open messaging with some middleware that talks between the two platforms?
There is also these APIs that let you call a bot and get the intent / next action, but again you would need to build out a whole process for it.
