this is a follow up question of https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/callback-widget/10704.
Our customer asked us about an officially callback widget for Genesys Cloud.
I only found this in Resource Center: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/schedule-callbacks-from-a-website/
The new Messenger feature already includes chat and Co-Browse channel out of the box.
Is there a plan from Genesys product management that in the future the channel callback is included in that new Messanger configuration and development as well?
