Sorry, Travis, I just noticed that you never received an answer to this question.
Currently you cannot set the system to use the Calling Party Name associated with the user or queue. That is a feature which is being worked on, and I think will be another check box in the Trunk settings to decide whether or not to override the name based on whether the value already exists, same as you can for the number.
I don't have a time frame on release of that feature.

We recently updated our Trunk settings for PureCloud Voice to override the Address when the person's account has an Unassigned DID.
So far, this is working great for those with an Unassigned DID as it displays both the Name and Phone Number correctly on receiving party's Caller ID as specified in the Trunk settings.
For those with an Assigned DID, it will display the assigned DID phone number properly on the receiving party's caller ID. However, it does not display a name.
Is there a way to have the Caller ID display the caller's name as well (as displayed on their profile)?
