This is really controlled by your carrier. If you have GCV, you need to submit a ticket to genesyscloudvoice-na@genesys.com to insure that the number is associated with your company name. If BYOC, you need to do the same with your carrier. Remember that Caller ID is made up of the number and the name associated with that number. STIR/SHAKEN should take care of the validity of that to the end carrier. Some systems like Genesys Cloud allow you to change that on the fly, but the carrier has to support that.

We have a request to just display the name however every combination we are doing we cannot strip the number from the CLI displayed on recipient
We have name and number or just number or just "unknown"
