I have a Callflow Data Service that is failing due to Rate Limit capacity being reached.
Just enquiring if there is a method to "restart" the callflow data service integration from Genesys Cloud?
The URL of the Application PureCloud should load -
https://callflowdataservice.genesysinnoapps.com/?langTag={{gcLangTag}}&environment={{pcEnvironment}}
seems to be running on an AWS Service, unfortunately not much details available to me regarding that.
Genesys Support is not aware of any method and referred me to the Developer community.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
