Hi,
We have bad experiences in the past with campaign recycling so we moved to a manual intervention model. Lately I have been revisiting the idea of campaign recycle to reduce the intervention required by an administrator. Which include the campaign recycling and removing previous attempts and dialing contacts that already been contacted. Can i prevent this?
How often does a campaign recycle once reaching the end?
Various other posts talk about setting rules to prevent the redial of already existing contacts.
Does someone have a screenshot or can provide an example to ensure i complete it right?
Currently we have 3 wrap up codes that allow more attempts. These would be the ones to redial, all others presently cease dialing once updated by an agent.
I understand we have no control on the system wrap up codes.
I have currently configured call rules as follows and would like to use the recycle campaign function.
Category: Precall
Type: Contact Property
Invert: No
Property: Last Wrap-Up for Home Phone - is within set - entered all wraps but the 3
ANDType: Contact Property
Invert: No
Property: Last Wrap-Up for Overall - is within set - entered all wraps but the 3
Action Type: Do Not Dial
Also
Category: Wrap-Up
Type: Contact Property
Invert: No
Property: Last Wrap-Up for Overall - is within set - entered all wraps but the 3
Actions Type: Mark Number as Uncallable AND Mark Contact as Uncallable
Then under Campaign Rules
Type: Campaign Progress
Operation: Is greater than or equal to 98%
Actions: Recycle Campaign
Will this restart the campaign and only dial the 3 excluded wrap up codes not included in the call rules?
