  • 1.  Campaign Schedule Management / Duplication

    Has there been any discussion about creating an easier way to manage Campaign Schedules? Right now, the process is quite tedious and cumbersome, requiring someone to take an hour or so to copy over Campaigns/Sequences from one month to the next individually. Is there a reason this is not able to be done on even a day to day duplication basis? That would at least let us copy over Monday to Monday, Tuesday to Tuesday, etc... if we can't do a week+ at a time. With the Month view being the only view that allows any type of duplication, It's very inefficient to update the schedules, meaning I generally have to take a couple of hours to run out a month or 2, for what seems to me, should be a 5 minute annual task.  Does anyone have any great workarounds, or other solutions?

    Several things are coming down the pike including Recurring Campaign Schedules due out end of this month, Campaign Rule Sets due out in a few weeks, and hopefully a better UI for scheduling them in bulk or a copy/paste.  One thing you could consider is a workflow that looks at a data table to turn on and off campaigns programmatically.

    End of the month has come and gone, and I'm still not seeing anything for managing recurring Campaign Schedules. It still has to be duplicated manually, one campaign/sequence per day at a time. There HAS to be a better way to do this.
