We've begun using development modules to roll refresher training out to our staff. A few employees have attempted to complete them, but they are still showing as incomplete. Is there a way for an admin to manually mark them as complete?

We've begun using development modules to roll refresher training out to our staff. A few employees have attempted to complete them, but they are still showing as incomplete. Is there a way for an admin to manually mark them as complete?

I also have the same issue with our agents. It took me a while to figure out what they were doing or shall I say 'not' doing to prevent the course from being completed. It was a simple missed step. They were hitting 'save' versus the arrow to bring up the save/complete button. It is not very intuitive so I sent out very specific directions to make sure they did it correctly.  See a screen shot below. Maybe this will solve your problem too!
